I will be visiting Paris from 17-24 September for a conference at the Institut Curie. I'd like to meet with nice people during my visit, so do drop me a note if you'd like to meet me for a drink, dinner or some fun.
I’m a down-to-earth guy living in Vienna and am usually quite good company (although I can be shy in big groups). I have a wide range of interests-- science (I do research in genetics), reading, movies, hiking, nature, photography, travelling, music, cooking...and most of all, stimulating discussions about almost anything under the sun... ok well that's not true, not about football, please ;-)
I usually like spontaneous and open-minded people with a good sense of humour, people who can appreciate the little things of life. But what is usually most important is to have similar wavelengths and the rest usually just takes care of itself. Although, it is fun to discuss common interests, I often find it even more interesting and stimulating to talk to people with completely different interests.
